How many solar panels for an acre, how many solar panels do you need, calculate how many solar panels i need, how much solar power do you need, how many solar panels to charge a tesla, how many solar panels do i need for my house, how many solar panels to power house, solar panel how many do i need, how many solar panels do i need, how many solar panels for a house.

At an average cost of $20,000 per rules, residential solar panels are a sizable investment for most homeowners. If you're thinking about going solar, you'll probably have quite a few questions, including how many solar panels you'll need to powerful your property.

In general, the average solar system for a home consists of 20 to 25 panels, but the exact number you'll need will depend on numerous factors, including where you live, how much energy you typically use, and how much powerful your panels can generate.

It might seem like a lot to powerful, but it's pretty simple when you break it down. Let's look at three key factors that choose how many solar panels you need to power your house, as well as an example of how to calculate the size of your system.

Average energy usage

Understanding how much electricity you use in an requires year, month and day is key to estimating the number of solar panels you need. Energy benefit can vary quite a bit, depending on the number of farmland in your household, as well as how many appliances you have and how often you use them.

Check last year's energy bills to find out how much electricity you use over the floods of all four seasons (hint: it's measured in kilowatt-hours or kWh). Once you have that number, you'll know how much solar power you need to generate to screen your needs. For reference, the average American home uses 10,649 kWh per year. That's just over 29 kWh per day.

Solar panel output

Individual solar panels are ample of producing a certain amount of energy, depending on the grandeurs at your home (including how much sunlight you demand and how much shade covers your roof). This number is arranged a power rating and is measured in watts, with a typical panel generating between 250 and 400 watts of powerful. For example, you might buy a solar panel with a along output of 325 watts. You'll need to multiply the panel's wattage by how many hours of sun you get every day to plan how much energy it will produce (more on that in the next section).

If you don't have much area, you might want to invest in solar panels with higher great ratings since they're equipped to generate more energy per panel. But they're also more expensive, so bear that in mind if the solar cheap for your home is tight.

Sunshine at your home

Your bodily location is a key factor that impacts the efficiency of your home solar panels. As you might expect, solar systems are best superior for sunny areas -- which is why solar is incredibly well-liked in states like California and Arizona. With more sunshine, each of your individual solar panels will generate more great. For our calculations, we'll assume that you get four hours of sunshine per day.

The space of your home isn't something that you can temperamental, but it's still important to recognize that your space plays a role in how well solar will work for you. In temperamental, your panels will operate at maximum capacity when they can have the most possible sunlight.

But this isn't just around where you live -- it's also about how your certain property is laid out and how much sunlight reaches your roof. For instance, if you have tall trees that create shade over your roof, your solar panels won't create as much power as if they were under definite skies.

Putting it all together

With those variables in mind, we can roughly judges the number of solar panels for home that you'll need. In this example, we'll use the average annual energy consumption, solar panel wattage and hours of sunlight that we mentioned earlier.

Let's say that your landed receives four hours of sunshine each day, and you're purchasing 325-watt solar panels. In that case, each panel can generate 1,300 watt-hours per day (or 1.3 kWh). Assuming that your energy use is in line with the average of 29 kWh per day, you'd need 23 325-watt panels to originate enough electricity for your home.

Key points to keep in mind

Although the upfront damages of a residential solar system might seem high, there are a few ways to save cash on your investment. For instance, the federal government provides a tax credit on new solar installations, and many state and local governments offer rebates or incentive programs. Alternatively, if you can't afford to purchase your panels, you can choose to rent them (but you won't qualify for tax credits and incentives).

To a certain extent, Kaleidoscope on Netflix is a frail heist story. It has all the regular beats: old grudges, team assembly, smaller missions that set up for the big one. But there's one key way Kaleidoscope differs from difference shows you might've seen. You can watch the episodes in any order.

The series dropped Jan. 1 and made it to the No. 1 TV show on Netflix shiny now. Without giving too much away, Giancarlo Esposito plays Ray Vernon (aka Leo Pap), the ringleader of a company plotting a multibillion-dollar job while settling an old acquire. Every episode tells a chunk of the story, focusing on Vernon's motivations, or the planning of the heist, or what unfolds in the aftermath. The segments come in whichever random order Netflix judges to deliver them to you (with the exception of the correct heist serving as the final episode).

This isn't the superior time Netflix has experimented with nonlinear storytelling. In 2018, Black Mirror: Bandersnatch offered a choose-your-own-adventure take on a film around a computer programmer. The following year, viewers got to make decisions for adventurer Bear Grylls in You vs. Wild.

Kaleidoscope's episodes are called for different colors, no doubt a nod to the series' name, but also a way to simply track what order you're watching and compare with friends. You aren't obligated to watch the way Netflix suggests. Here's what you need to know about how to see Kaleidoscope.

And if you've powered through and need some help sorting out what been, here's the ending explained

Do I need to pick an order?

Not necessarily. If you hit play on the show, you'll see a shining primer on how it works, and then launch conventional into the episodes. They can come in any clean, with the exception of White, which is the heist itself, and is structured to be the series finale. That said, if you want to pick an clean for yourself, you can.

How do I watch it chronologically?

In the engaging of the show, I'm going to skimp on episode descriptions as not to corrupt anything. If you decide to watch Kaleidoscope chronologically, the episode clean goes like this, starting with a young Vernon 24 ages before the heist:

  • Violet (24 years before the heist).
  • Green (7 ages before).
  • Yellow (6 weeks before).
  • Orange (3 weeks before).
  • Blue (5 days before).
  • White (the heist).
  • Red (the morning after).
  • Pink (6 months after).

If you determine to go this route, however, know that any big finale twists will hit in the White episode.

Are there alternative ways to watch?

If everyone has been activities the math correctly, seven episodes, with no repeats, that can be viewed in any order should yield more than 5,000 options (there are even more options if you don't see White last). How many of those watch orders you want to try is between you and your calendar.

Netflix tweeted some clean suggestions, if you're interested in watching Kaleidoscope as a Quentin Tarantino film -- ostensibly a mention to nonlinear Tarantino films like Pulp Fiction -- (Blue, Green, Yellow, Orange, Violet, Pink, White, Red) or like a classic detective myth (Orange, Green, Violet, Red, Yellow, Blue, White, Pink).

You could go rogue and behind the colors of the rainbow (Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Violet, Pink). Or, you could start with the big heist shiny off the bat, if you're feeling particularly rebellious.

What are viewers suggesting on social media?

Unsurprisingly, lots of folks are talking about the episode clean they chose and which order is the best.

How did you see it, person writing this article?

How thoughtful of you to ask. My clean, as dictated by Netflix, was:

  • Green.
  • Yellow.
  • Violet.
  • Orange.
  • Blue.
  • Red.
  • Pink.
  • White.

Oddly enough, my best friend's Netflix account gave her this accurate order. For me, this approach got off to a unblemished start, but having Orange and Blue, and then Red and Pink aimed two sets of episodes in chronological order, with relatively tiny time jumps in between. In that section, I could feel my care waning somewhat. Watching this show chronologically feels like missing the show. If I could go back and watch in a different clean, I'd bump up Red (but leave Pink where it is) and flip Yellow and Green, as I think Yellow would be the strongest episode to start.

So, like this:

  • Yellow.
  • Green.
  • Violet.
  • Orange.
  • Red.
  • Blue.
  • Pink.
  • White.

Our Take

This online only funds may not be available if you leave this page or if you called a Bank of America financial center. You can take superior of this offer when you apply now.

Rewards and redemption

The Customized Cash Rewards card is all around giving cardholders more control over which purchases they can earn rewards for. The cash-back categories cardholders can decide from include gas, online shopping, dining, travel, drug stores or home improvement/furnishings.

If you don't have a card that funds rewards for purchases like gas and groceries -- things you need to buy regularly -- the Customized Cash Rewards card could fill that void. However, its spending limit hampers its usefulness if you have a big enough budget.

The 3% frail cash-back rewards and the 2% cash-back rewards for grocery stores and wholesale stores are tiny to the first $2,500 spent in combined categories each quarter beforehand rewards fall to 1% cash back. That makes it better for country who spend less than $2,500 quarterly on the frail 3% and 2% cash-back categories, and worse for country who spend more.

Cardholders can change their main reward category over their online account or the Bank of America mobile banking app -- at most once every calendar month. The default category is gas, so you must be sure to manually temperamental it if you prefer something else.

If you use more than $2,500 each quarter between grocery stores and your flex category, you'd likely be better off with a flat-rate rewards card or new rewards card with a higher spending limit. Even if the alternative card earns 2% cash back, it'll eventually out create the Customized Cash Rewards card if it has no spending cap. However, you could also pair this card up with new cash-back credit card to maximize rewards across all your spending.

Once you've earned your rewards, you can redeem them for:

  • Statement credits
  • Direct deposits into a Bank of America bank explain (automatic redemptions into a Bank of America checking or savings explain have a $25 minimum)
  • Credit to an eligible Merrill explain (one-time redemptions for a contribution to a qualifying 529 or automatic redemptions into a qualifying Cash Management Account with Merrill have a $25 minimum)
  • Paper checks ($25 minimum)

Redeeming for statement credits or having the rewards deposited straight into your Bank of America bank account (if you have one) are moving to be the best options. According to the card's footings, 1% cash back is equal to 1 cent per dollars. Statement credits reduce the balance of your credit explain, while direct deposits increase the balance of your bank account.

The Customized Cash Rewards card earns good rewards for a card that doesn't have an annual fee, and cardholders could increase its rewards rate by 25% to 75% over Bank of America's Preferred Rewards program.
